After the attack on the Sri Lankan national cricket team occurred on 3 March 2009, Pakistan was considered not at all safe for any type of activities that involve international players and no one was ready to make plans for Pakistan tour. The security issues got resolved with time and things were made better. Until the announcement of an amazing tournament that got popular as PSL a professional Twenty20 cricket league, founded on 9 September 2015 with five teams and now comprises six teams international cricket players were not ready to come to “PAKISTAN”.

The whole Series of PSL season 1 was played in UAE due to security issues but finally in the year 2019 finally an announcement by Wasim Khan, CEO, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) came out and he said the whole of Pakistan Super League (PSL Season 5) will come to the country this season, revealing that 250 foreign players from 15 countries have registered for the draft which is taking place for the PSL 2020 on Friday (DEC 6 2019).

Cricket Fans celebrated the return of international cricket to Pakistan with Pakistan Super league. Crowded Stadiums all over the country ensured that the Pakistanis are not afraid at all and want peace. PSL is declared as the “Victory of peace”.  PSL brought a hell lot of excitement and entertainment to the cricket lovers as well as international players and international cricket back with peace to the country for the peaceful nation.
